Intern in Administration & Event Management:

Responsibilities:
The Administration intern will perform the following duties:
Assistance in drafting and preparing various documents, including presentations, videos, and written documents.
Providing logistic and substantive support for the organization of events and meetings, produce meetings summaries, assist in follow-up and implementation of tasks.
Providing general office support (processing, drafting and finalizing correspondence and other communications; setting up and maintaining files/records, organizing meetings, etc.).
All other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Studying at University or VET school.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented personality.
Commitment to our mission.
Highly motivated, responsible, self-directed, resourceful and flexible.
Knowledge of English.
All other tasks as assigned.

Intern in Digital Marketing & Communication:

Responsibilities:
The Social Media intern will perform the following duties:
Uploading posts and answering basic enquiries on social media
Creation and editing of creative images and animation content.
Daily interaction with the accounts.
Supporting campaign management and optimisation across multiple channels

Qualifications:
Studying at university or VET school
Have strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Familiar with the concepts of Social Media and online marketing.
Capability of working in a team as well as independently.
Knowledge of Adobe software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a plus.

Intern in Journalism:
Responsibilities:

Write well-constructed articles based on reliable information
Research materials and fact-checking data
Prepare press releases and other materials for events
Interview key people and investigate interesting tip-off
Proofread and edit news pieces to improve its contents
Suggest ideas for headlines
Assist in research and verifying facts
Able to meet daily deadlines

Qualifications:
Studying journalism and communication.
Have strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Good research knowledge.
Good writing and editing skills.
Creative and motivated to accomplish given tasks.
Capability of working in a team as well as independently.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
