Our team came together for the first time at the Project Alliance Kick-Off Meeting
in Athens, marking the beginning of an exciting and meaningful collaboration. This
event brought together partners from diverse backgrounds to connect, share
ideas, and align on a common vision for the journey ahead. The atmosphere was
energetic and productive, setting the tone for a strong and united partnership.
During the meeting, we explored the project’s core objectives and long-term goals,
ensuring that everyone is aligned and understands their role in the bigger picture.
Thoughtful discussions helped define responsibilities, clarify expectations, and
establish key milestones that will guide us through the next phases of the project.
Together, we created a roadmap that outlines our direction and highlights
important steps such as the upcoming study visits.
With the kick-off complete, our focus now shifts to research and preparation.

ygpyggand data that will inform the work to come. The planned study visits to Athens and
