Welcoming the Albanian Entrepreneurship & Business Development Champions 2025 at SwissSkills Championships 🇨🇭🤝🇦🇱
For the first time, an international guest team joined our national finals. Ylber Velaj and Albjan Ujkaj, competed alongside nine Swiss finalist teams in St. Gallen, accompagnied by their coaches Galsvinda Biba and Albana Rushiti.
During four intensive competition days, they developed “re-loop”: a compact retrofit system that treats greywater from hotel washbasins and reuses it for toilet flushing. The solution helps hotels reduce fresh-water consumption without compromising the guest experience.
The exchange between the Albanian and Swiss team was very valuable, with lot’s of insights and beautiful moments we got to spend together.
This collaboration is a wonderful example of what European cooperation in vocational education and training can achieve. We look forward to continuing this journey together!
